The terms governing use of the ThalaBhula digital stock-media marketplace.
1. Agreement
Using ThalaBhula, creating an account, uploading, purchasing or downloading means you agree to these Terms, the checkout licence and linked policies.
2. Licence
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the permitted use shown at checkout; it does not transfer copyright or unrestricted ownership. Do not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share or make the original file available as a competing stock library.
3. User and contributor duties
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and obey copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark and other laws. Contributors represent that they own/control submission rights and required permissions/releases. Illegal, stolen, defamatory, hateful, deceptive or malicious content is prohibited.
4. Review and removal
ThalaBhula may review, reject, restrict, unpublish, remove or permanently delete any media, account or profile for suspected infringement, policy violation, legal notice, quality, fraud, inactivity or business reasons. The website owner may remove content without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
5. Prices, delivery and refund rule
Prices are in Indian Rupees and may be lower than other stock-media platforms; prices, plans, taxes and availability may change. Products are digital. After a licence or download is made available, a completed purchase is generally non-cancellable and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorised transactions, technical failure, material mismatch and mandatory legal rights remain subject to review.
6. Law and liability
The service is provided as available. Nothing limits a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Users are responsible for unlawful use, infringement, fraud and breach. Laws applicable in India govern these Terms, while mandatory consumer and statutory remedies remain available.
