Shipping & Delivery Policy
Digital delivery information for licensed photos, videos and subscriptions.
1. ThalaBhula sells digital licences only; no physical goods are shipped.
2. After payment verification, the asset or subscription is normally made available in the customer dashboard/library, subject to licence, subscription, expiry and security controls.
3. If payment succeeded but access is unavailable, contact support with registered email, order number, payment reference and issue details. Never send passwords, full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
4. Pending gateway payments are not treated as delivered until confirmed. Download access may be rate-limited or logged to prevent fraud and unauthorised sharing.
