Cancellation Policy
When a ThalaBhula order, licence or subscription can be cancelled.
1. You may leave checkout before payment without creating a paid order.
2. After payment is confirmed and a digital licence/download is made available, cancellation is generally unavailable because delivery has begun, subject to mandatory law and the Refund Policy exceptions.
3. Subscription non-renewal, where supported, should be requested before the next renewal. It stops future billing but does not automatically reverse the current period or restore used credits.
4. Report duplicate or unauthorised transactions immediately; gateway and bank verification may be required.
