How ThalaBhula collects, uses and protects account, licensing, contributor and payment information.

This policy applies to the ThalaBhula stock photo and video marketplace, website, customer accounts, contributor accounts, dashboards and support channels.

We may collect name, username, email, mobile, country, address, profile image, login and verification data, purchase/download history, contributor payout details, device information, IP address and support messages. We use it to secure accounts, verify email, process orders, provide licences and downloads, prevent fraud, administer contributors, calculate earnings, provide support and improve the service.
3. Payments, cookies and sharing
Razorpay or another authorised payment provider may process payments. ThalaBhula does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. Essential session/security cookies may be used. Limited information may be shared with payment, hosting, email, security, analytics and legal providers or where required by law.
4. Retention and requests
Information is retained as reasonably needed for service delivery, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes and legal compliance. You may request access, correction, deletion or clarification, subject to identity verification and legal retention duties. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
