Refund Policy
The refund rules for ThalaBhula digital stock media and subscriptions.
1. ThalaBhula sells digital licences. After payment is confirmed and an asset or subscription is made available, it is generally non-refundable and non-reversible because digital access may have begun, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2. We may review duplicate charges, payment captured without an order, verified unauthorised transactions, material delivery failure or technical problems that cannot reasonably be fixed. A request does not guarantee a refund.
3. Contact support promptly with name, registered email, order number, payment reference, date and description. Never send passwords, full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.
4. Approved refunds, where applicable, normally return through the original payment method. This policy does not remove mandatory consumer or other legal rights.
