1. Use the official support email or support channel published for your ThalaBhula account. Include your name, registered email, order number or asset token and a concise description.
2. Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVV numbers or complete card details.
3. Copyright/takedown notices should identify the asset URL/token, protected work, claimed rights, reliable contact details and good-faith statement. Content may be restricted or removed while reviewed.
4. Contributors should report ownership, release, impersonation, payment or unauthorised-use issues with supporting details. Mandatory consumer or regulatory remedies remain available.
5. Before commercial launch, the owner should publish the final legal entity name, principal business address, support email and grievance contact here.
